∞ Empathy Education
I teach you emotional navigation tools to connect with your Emotionality to access the empathy needed to live in integrity.
Our Emotionality (feeling experience) is an entire intelligent, inner guidance system itself. It is our EQ— Emotional Quotient. Empathy is our emotional connective tissue. It is our ability to connect with ourselves, our experience, and then to connect with others, and their experience. Empathy is the power to fully feel the impact of our Emotionality, and therefore truly feel with ourselves AND others.
These tools help dissolve xenophobia, over-rationalization, objectification and gas-lighting behavior which are responses steeped in sympathy or apathy—to feel for or not feel at all. In this workshop you learn to access your Emotional Intelligence by understanding & developing empathy, our ability to feel with.
∞ Collaboration—The Art of Meeting Each Other
There are two communication styles that create a conflict. Your communication style and someone else’s. Our communication styles are deeply rooted in socialized dynamics of competition and abuse of power, rather than collaboration and empowerment that leads to connection.
I facilitate you through teachings, tools and techniques to build healthier communication skills that help you navigate conflict with greater ease, honesty and softening. In this workshop, you learn how to set-aside socialized behaviors and patterns in order to cultivate collaboration and enjoy practicing the art of meeting each other.
It’s time to answer the call of your wild to return home to your own sustaining ecology— your FULLY Embodied Cycle — reclaim your Nature from an over-domesticated culture.
“When you’re feeling at home in your body, you feel safe in the world. When you understand your connection to all Life, there is no more unnecessary insecurity within because you belong to everything. It is here, you find you were always home.”
– Clare Dubois, Founder of TreeSisters
Red Tents have become a movement to provide a gathering place for females to be together. Recent studies have shown the significant impact on female health by simply being together in a safe and trusted environment. Engaging in the power of Sisterhood.
The Red Tents that I provide are as unique as the women and children who show up in them. They are beautiful, yet informal settings where I rely on my Facilitation skills and gifts to show me how to guide the group or let them be. Some are an educational opportunity for the females to learn more about their bodies and cycles. Others are simply a hang out & decompression space for the women to enjoy together. Some can be a bit of both or involve intense emotional clearing for the women/girls.
Red Tents can be provided and customized for the group requesting it and are not just for adult age females. I have provided Red Tents for girls ages 10-18 to help facilitate the importance of Cycle Awareness at a young age and for the girls to learn from each other through their own blood stories and experiences. I have also provided Red Tents for females of all adult ages, ranging 20-70 years.
